Start your day feeling good with an hour of yoga in the calm setting of a beautiful, light yoga studio set in the countryside. This group class will provide the opportunity to take a moment to focus on you as you bring your awareness to moving and stretching your body, focus on your breathing and nourish your soul. This is a relaxed and fun session that will connect the mind and body leaving you feeling both calm and energised.

This flowing yoga practice will help you transition from your busy day to a restful evening, bringing you back into balance. Based on hatha yoga, you will get a good stretch of the body, enabling the energy to flow freely whilst toning and strengthening your body.
The practice will be concluded with a ten minute meditation to encourage relaxation, leaving you ready to enjoy a peaceful evening and a good night's sleep.
Underriver - Sevenoaks
Yin yoga is a slower paced practice with a meditative approach as poses are held for a longer period of time. The practice aims to increase your flexibility and strengthen your joints. There are many mental, emotional and energetic benefits to this practice and it soothes, calms and encourages balance to our often yang lifestyles. It’s also a great supplement if you engage in yang forms of exercise such as running and cycling.

Strengthen the mind and body with this is unique opportunity combining Nordic Walking, Mindfulness and Yoga.
Enjoy being outdoors in nature, getting all the physical benefits of Nordic Walking while being introduced to mindful practices. This event will conclude with a gentle yoga session inside a beautiful, relaxing, warm studio.
Many people want to try mindfulness but feel they are too busy to add something extra into their day. This event provides a great way to combine mindfulness, exercise and being in nature. We will learn how to build awareness, be present and enjoy the simple moments of life.
Nordic walking requires concentration and focus and it is therefore ideal for finding that mindful flow state and practicing living in the now. It’s hard to be worrying about the past or future when you are focusing on your coordination and placement of your poles.
Nordic walking uses 90% of the skeletal muscle, burns up to 46% more calories than ordinary walking and reduces the pressure on knees and joints. Mindfulness reduces stress levels, improves wellbeing, increases creativity and helps you reconnect with yourself.

This four week course, combining mindfulness with movement, will help you connect to your body which in turn can greatly improve your wellbeing. Each week, through learning mindfulness, gentle movement and yoga, we will build on understanding the connection between your experience, your thoughts and your body, encouraging curiosity to what the body is telling you.
You will learn how to stretch without striving, how to use your body and breath as an emotional radar and how to listen to what your body needs. We will look at how the mind, body and breath are all connected and feed into one another and practice mindful meditations that create time to replenish the inner you.

Otford
This workshop takes place in the Garden Studio in Otford and is such a treat for your mind and body. The Restorative Yoga practice involves a series around 6 poses in which you are completely supported by props, to help you release and relax.
This practice not only benefits your body on a physical level but also brings you into balance and allows you to just be where you are, with yourself, your mind, your body, your soul.
If you feel you need a little time to relax and restore or heal (physically or emotionally) this workshop is for you.
